This addition replaced an old 70s era addition that had freezing pipes and a leaking roof not to mention other scary things.
This turned out to be a very luxurious space when we were done. The homeowners decided to use historic oak 5 panel doors, cherry floors, Western Red Cedar siding, a Jacuzzi tub, and tile floors.
