There was a lot of stuff in this basement.
Now it’s the nicest space in the house. The sump pump cover is now a very nice TV cabinet. We also installed a 4’x4’ swing away egress window. It’s twice the size required by code and allows the homeowners to bring sofas literally through the window instead of down the stairs. Anyone who’s tried that doesn’t ever want to do it again!
